超音波加工時,喇叭會因為振動而產生高熱,而這樣的高熱會使得喇叭內部產生熱應力進而會影響加工時的精度與效能,甚至會使得喇叭毀壞,在以往,這樣的熱應力在設計喇叭時並未考慮,而利用數值方法來模擬又相當困難。本研究首次利用數位光彈法來分析因超音波激振工業上最常見的喇叭外形所產生的熱應力分布,以了解應力波在喇叭內的波傳行為和熱應力對不同外形喇叭的影響。
