  • 本研究目的以樂高認真玩為方式,促進大學生生涯認同的發展,針對個案所遭遇的生涯議題進行探討。本研究採用個案研究法蒐集資料,研究參與者為一名國立大學的女學生,研究流程以進行六次的生涯認同活動,每次約五十分鐘,並在活動結束十分鐘後進行訪談,以進一步蒐集研究參與者之感受等資料。
    個案參與活動前對生涯認同的不確定性,顯現在生涯目標的茫然,無法對生涯領域有所行為與投入。研究發現,應用樂高認真玩能促進大學生生涯認同,活動中談論的主題圍繞在生涯故事的探索,而從樂高認真玩嘗試到新的可能,體會生涯認同的重要性。
    透過樂高認真玩獲得對自我的認識,協助重新思考在生活上的目標來增加行動的展現。此外,樂高模型創作的建構與再建構過程,個案重組生涯認同的狀態,而對生涯有更深的省思。依據上述,研究者提出在實務上以及未來研究之建議。


    The purpose of this study was to promote college student career identity from the Lego serious play for the method. The participant is a female student from national university. The participant was received a six session intervention of LSP programs. The researcher will interview the participant about 10 minutes after the end of each event to gather relevant information and her feelings.
    The study found that the use of Lego serious play can promote college student's career identity, the activities discussed in the theme around the exploration of career stories, and from Lego serious play to try new possibilities, realize the importance of career identity.
    Finally, the researcher provides related suggestions to school counselors, mental health counselors and future research according to the findings of this study.
