摘要
消費性電子產品生命週期短、產品世代交替快速,其中產品按時上市,縮短研發、製造、物流、產品開發的週期時間等,提高出貨量,降低生產成本,是保持產品競爭優勢的重要法則。
本研究以某消費性電子產品製造商為實證,在產能需求下,應用紫式決策分析架構,建構替代檢驗測試策略,針對四種產品檢驗測試策略,在檢驗測成本、產品品質及退貨風險之間的權衡取捨,進行替代策略方案的評估。首先以貝式定理及抽樣計劃,建構四種不同的檢驗測試策略,並考慮產品生產良率、RMA客戶退貨率等決策因子,評估四種不同的檢驗測試策略,並探討對生產成本、營運效益影響,決策出最佳檢驗策略。
本論文實證研究已證明研究的效度及具體貢獻,在此架構下,不論是新舊產品的生產,以標準最終測試策略搭配MIL-STD-1916單次抽樣計劃的檢驗測試策略,為最佳檢驗測試策略。

Abstract
Facing the challenges of the shortening product life cycle and rapid technology migration of consumer electronic products, time to market, shorten development manufacturing, and logistics process, improve throughput and control manufacturing cost become critical factors to keep product consumer electronic products high competitiveness.
Focusing on consumer electronic product manufacturer under the capacity restriction, this thesis aims to propose a UNISON decision-making framework to analyze four types of product final testing strategy. Comparing the four types of product final testing strategy, we evaluate the final testing alternative strategy by retesting cost, product quality, and return sales cost to process. Based on Bayesian decision analysis and sampling plan, we construct four types of final testing strategies with product manufacturing yield rate, global return sales rate, etc consideration to develop the best testing strategy with manufacturing cost and overall operational effectiveness factors.
The empirical study has validated the proposed framework, in which, no matter the old product or new product, the best approach is the standard final testing strategy under MIL-STD-1916 sampling rule.
