  • 目的:消防員被定義為戰術運動員,工作對體能要求較高,本研究旨在探討功能性動作訓練對消防員新式體能測驗之效應。方法:培訓10名肌力體能指導員至各分隊教導功能性動作及週期化課表,重點在於各項功能性動作教學、動作品質評估與矯正,之後利用112年下半年及113年上半年二次常年訓練時機,選取共112名接受過訓練的外勤消防員新式體能測驗成績作為研究數據,透過二次成績比較訓練效果,包括立定跳遠、後拋擲遠、六公尺折返跑、六角槓硬舉、懸吊屈體、負重行走和1500公尺跑步。結果:訓練後顯著提升了六角槓硬舉、負重行走、1500公尺跑步成績。而立定跳遠、後拋擲遠、折返跑及懸吊屈體這四項無顯著變化。結論:透過訓練能有效提升最大肌力、核心穩定性及心肺耐力,無顯著變化的項目,可能因整體訓練時間、強度、頻率及針對性不足有關。建議:針對不同項目的需求制定訓練計劃,並進一步研究在工作項目中的應用效果,以提升消防員的體能水平和工作表現,並能夠避免工作傷害與保護自身及民眾生命安全。


    Purpose: Firefighters are defined as tactical athletes whose jobs require high physical fitness. This study aimed to investigate the effect of functional movement training on a new physical fitness test for firefighters. Methods: 10 strength and fitness instructors were trained to teach functional movements and periodized schedules to each team, with emphasis on the teaching of various functional movements, movement quality assessment and correction. The results of the new physical fitness test of 112 field firefighters who had received training were selected as research data. The training effects were compared through the second test results, including standing long jump, back throw, six-meter shuttle run, hexagonal bar deadlift, Hanging flexion, weighted walking and 1500m running. Results: After training, the performances of hexagonal bar deadlift, weighted walking and 1500-meter running were significantly improved. However, there were no significant changes in the standing long jump, long throw, shuttle run and hanging flexion. Conclusion: Training can effectively improve maximum muscle strength, core stability and cardiorespiratory endurance. The items with no significant changes may be related to the overall training time, intensity, frequency and targeting. Recommendation: Develop training plans based on the needs of different projects, and further study the application effects in work projects to improve the physical fitness and work performance of firefighters, avoid work injuries, and protect their own and the public's lives.
