  • 本研究主題是探討我國IC設計業之創業過程中對於機會確認、如何運用智慧資本補足知識落差等議題。在IC設計公司創業的過程中伴隨著知識在內部或外部間傳遞,配合著系統化、持續性地加以收集、整合、管理、學習與分享,以及有效的運用,而能不斷創新。故本研究以知識本體論為架構,透過產業案例,深入瞭解個案公司之知識連結與運用情況、現有知識管理情形、知識資本與市場連結網路等,探討新創事業如何建立知識的組合能力和機會的辨識能力,及在技術創業過程當中,如何運用本身的知識資本和創新組合在環境中發掘機會,確認在市場上的定位,並創造價值。


    This research explores IC design industry’s opportunity recognition, technology entrepreneurship, and intellectual capital, as well as the transformation of knowledge gaps into local IC design firms’ competitive advantages. IC design firms’ innovation and entrepreneurial opportunities are generated by the systematical collection, integration, learning, and internal or external sharing of various types of knowledge, while continuously creating and utilizing new knowledge during the process.
    This research focuses on building the ontology of organization knowledge with an analysis and synthesis of models in literature, in-depth interview of IC design firms, and ontological analysis of intellectual capital for fulfilling the knowledge gaps, leading to opportunity recognition and creation. The study explores the evolution of organization knowledge with the interaction with the social network in the case firms in order to improve their ability of knowledge combination and opportunity recognition in new environment. The resulting ontology framework is to represent the process the entrepreneurial case firms used to capitalize on their intellectual capital to confirm the opportunity and position in the market and create value.
