摘 要
本研究主要目的在探討國小高年級聽障學生的性知識、性態度、及性教育需求現況，並分析差異情形。研究對象為一般國小就讀國小高年級聽障生69人及三所啟聰學校國小高年級聽障生40人，共有研究對象109人。
以研究者自編的「國小高年級聽障學生性知識、性態度、性教育需求問卷」為工具，所得資料以平均數與標準差等描述性統計描述現況，並以t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方式進行分析。
研究結果如下：
一、高年級聽障生性知識答對率74.26 % ，以隱私達對率最高，
佔86.23%；性傳染病的性知識答對率最低，佔64.83%。
二、高年級聽障生性知識的主要來源是學校老師，佔55.00%，父
母54.10%為第二位。
三、高年級聽障生性態度以異性交往領域的得分較高，對同性戀
領域的性態度得分較低。與父母親相處的現況，「很好」的佔
47.7%。性教育需求較高的領域為兩性關係，較低的領域為性
騷擾。
四、不同背景變項的高年級聽障生，其性知識、性態度與性教育
需求之間的差異性。
1.就讀於一般國小高年級聽障生性知識得分高於就讀啟聰學校高年級聽障生。2.以口語溝通的高年級聽障生的性知識得分高於以綜合溝通及手語溝通的高年級聽障生。3.父親教育程度為大學以上畢業的高年級聽障生，在性知識上比父親教育程度為高中職及國小畢業的高年級聽障生正確。4.父親教育程度為大學畢業的高年級聽障生的性態度較正向。5.母親教育程度高的高年級聽障生的性知識得分較高。6.不同背景變項的高年級聽障生在性教育需求上，根據樣本無顯著差異。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation in sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and sexual education needs for the fifth-and-sixth graders of the hearing-impaired students.
Participants in the study were 109 (69 oral communication from elementary schools and 40 total communication from three schools for the deaf) purposively selected. Data collection was through self-designed questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics such as means and standard deviations. Furthermore, T-test and one-way ANOVA analysis were employed to the data. The main findings were as follows:
1. The average percent correct for sexual knowledge was 74.26 %.
2. In sexual attitude, “company with the opposite sex” score was relatively better, but “homosexuality” score was comparatively low. The higher the father’s education, the more positive his influence on his children.
3. Evaluating the need for sex education, the results showed there was no significant difference among students’ background variables.
It revealed that the need of gender education should be strengthened on priority, even desirable for the need of sexual harassment education ranked low in percentage given to education. Based on the main findings, some suggestions were proposed as a reference for the educational administration authorities, school administrative unit, special education teachers, parents and future studies.
