21世紀是充滿挑戰的時代,隨著經濟、科技與疫情等內外環境的變動大幅改變了勞動市場,個體的生涯發展變得不可預測,生涯所遇之挑戰也變得越加頻繁與困難。研究生時期是一個相當特殊的人生階段,其在年齡、學習目標、與生活型態上都與其他求學階段大不相同,在這個階段的個體,往往兼顧著繁重的學術生活,同時又經歷著一連串的生涯抉擇與職涯探索。與此同時,在高等教育機構中,發現有越來越多非傳統型學生重返校園進修的趨勢,學生背景的組成也與過去迥然相異。研究生的生涯發展攸關就業市場的的勞動力與競爭力,故本研究透過「生涯適應力」、「學習滿意度」以及「生活滿意度」三個變項去探究目前研究生之現況,以及內外環境因素對研究生之影響。
本研究以「生涯適應力量表」、「學習滿意度量表」與「生活滿意度量表」作為研究工具,研究方法採用文獻探討結合問卷調查法,最後取得461份研究樣本進行研究分析,研究結果分述如下:
一、 不同背景變項的研究生生活滿意度有顯著差異。
二、 有現職工作的研究生在生涯適應力、學習滿意度及生活滿意度有顯著差異。
三、 傳統型與非傳統型研究生在生涯適應力與生活滿意度有顯著差異。
四、 研究生的學習滿意度對生活滿意度有顯著正向影響。
五、 研究生的生涯適應力對生活滿意度有顯著正向影響。
六、 研究生的生涯適應力部分中介了學習滿意度與生活滿意度的關係。
基於上述研究結果提出討論,期能幫助研究生在生涯轉銜之間有更好的適應性,對高等教育機構在甄選與整體環境及資源的提供上有更多建議,以及從人力資源管理者的角度了解當今研究生之生涯發展現況,作為未來選才之參照,對相關研究領域及實務層面提供可以作為借鏡之建議。
It is commonly believed that the 21st century is full of challenges. Since the labor market has been greatly changed due to the changes of economy, technology, and environment, individual career development has become unpredictable, and the career has encountered more and more challenges.
When it comes to the period of being graduate students, it is a very special stage as it is extremely different from other stages in life. During this period, the graduate students not only have to take care of heavy academic studies but also face a series of career choices and exploration. At the same time, there is a growing trend for non-traditional students to acquire the higher education opportunities, and the students’ backgrounds are also very different from the past ones. Besides, the career development of graduate students is highly related to the labor force and competitiveness of the job market. Therefore, this study intends to explore the current situation of graduate students from the three variables of "Career Adaptabilities" "Learning Satisfaction" and "Life Satisfaction", and the impact of internal and external environmental factors on graduate students.
This study used the "Career Adaptabilities Scale", "Learning Satisfaction Scale" and "Life Satisfaction Scale" as research tools. In addition, the research method used literature review combined with questionnaire survey and there are 461 research samples obtained and analyzed for research. Finally, the findings were as the following:
1. For graduate students, life satisfaction makes significant differences in different background.
2. There are significant differences in career adaptability, learning satisfaction and life satisfaction among graduated students with a job.
3. There are significant differences in career adaptability, learning satisfaction and life satisfaction among traditional and nontraditional students.
4. Learning satisfaction has a positive impact on life satisfaction for graduated students.
5. Career adaptability has a positive impact on life satisfaction for graduated students.
6. Graduate students' career adaptability partially mediates the relationship between learning satisfaction and life satisfaction.
This study is expected to help graduate students have better adaptability between career transitions so that there are more suggestions of interview and resources for higher education institutions. Making recruiters and the management team understands the status of graduate students as a reference for future talent selection. Finally, this study could provide relevant research fields and practical aspects to be used as a suggestion for reference.
