  • 目的:本研究旨在比較標準伏地挺身(Standard Push-up, STPU)與放手伏地挺身(Hand-Release Push-up, HRPU)在測驗次數與肌群活化模式的差異,並探討在軍警及一般體適能測驗應用的優劣勢。方法:本研究招募10名年齡介於18至30歲的健康男性,以對抗平衡設計分組先後測驗兩種伏地挺身,針對受試者在1分鐘內及各分段(前、中、後各20秒)所完成的最大反覆次數進行比較,使用BTS FREEEMG肌電系統記錄胸大肌、肱三頭肌、前三角肌及後三角肌的肌電圖,擷取動作循環的肌電峰值以標準化MVC%作分析。結果:總次數上STPU(46.3±11.5次)顯著高於HRPU(29.4±3.8次,p <.001),呈顯著的正相關(r =.705, p =.023),但分段前期相關性弱,次數差距大(9.4次,p <.001),分段後期相關性強(r =.878, p <.001),次數差距小(2.0次,p =.037)。在肌電活化程度方面,HRPU的胸大肌(p =.014)與後三角肌(p =.004)顯著高於STPU。STPU則在前三角肌的活化程度高於HRPU(p =.040)。肱三頭肌在兩種測驗中無顯著差異(p =.460)。結論:研究結果顯示,STPU與HRPU在1分鐘測驗次數上有高度相關,但反覆次數與肌群活化程度上有顯著差異。HRPU複雜度更高及動作幅度較大,在執行速度上較費時,次數表現亦較小,但HRPU要求確實觸地的標準化動作設計提供了更客觀的評分條件,對於軍警等大規模測驗情境具有明顯優勢。


    Purpose: This study aimed to compare the differences between Standard Push-up (STPU) and Hand-Release Push-up (HRPU) in terms of repetition performance and muscle activation patterns, and to explore their advantages and disadvantages in tactical athletes' and general fitness testing applications. Methods: Ten healthy males aged 18-30 years were recruited. Using a counterbalanced design, participants performed both types of push-ups. Maximum repetitions during one minute and segmental performance (first, middle, and last 20 seconds) were compared. The BTS FREEEMG system was used to record electromyographic activity of the pectoralis major, triceps brachii, anterior deltoid, and posterior deltoid muscles, with peak EMG values during movement cycles normalized to MVC% for analysis. Result: Total repetitions of STPU (46.3±11.5) were significantly higher than HRPU (29.4±3.8, p <.001), showing significant positive correlation (r =.705, p =.023). However, the early segment showed weak correlation with large performance difference (9.4 repetitions, p <.001), while the late segment demonstrated strong correlation (r =.878, p <.001) with smaller difference (2.0 repetitions, p =.037). Regarding muscle activation, HRPU showed significantly higher activation in the pectoralis major (p =.014) and posterior deltoid (p =.004) compared to STPU. Conversely, STPU demonstrated higher anterior deltoid activation (p =.040). No significant difference was found in triceps brachii activation between the two tests (p =.460). Conclusion: The findings indicate that while STPU and HRPU show high correlation in one-minute test performance, they differ significantly in repetition counts and muscle activation patterns. HRPU, with its higher complexity and greater range of motion, requires more time to execute and results in fewer repetitions. However, HRPU's standardized movement requirement of touching the ground provides more objective testing conditions, offering particular advantages for large-scale testing scenarios such as tactical athlete assessments.
