  • 廠房佈置規劃問題是廠房建立之初所需面對的必要課題之一,其目的在於如何將現有的工作站,以最有效率的方式安置於有限的廠房空間之中,以達到最小化搬運成本的目的,而在眾多的佈置種類中,間隔佈局被大量應用於製造業,其特色在於將工作站安置於相互平行的一條條間隔之內,使工作站的安排更為容易且仍然能夠維持高效率的搬運。隨著近年來人力成本的不斷高漲,自動化已經是個無可避免的趨勢,企業家們無不積極地提升工廠自動化的程度,其中自動搬運車系統無論在靈活度以及空間利用率上都有極大的優勢,也是目前最為普遍被應用於廠房中的搬運設備,因此本研究以自動搬運車系統為物料搬運系統的設備做考量,並在此前提下針對間隔佈局問題進行求解。
    在間隔佈局問題中,間隔間的搬運成本是凌駕於間隔內的搬運成本,也因此本研究提出一個二階段的混合整數規劃模型,依序最小化間隔間以及間隔內的搬運成本;相較於傳統的間隔佈局型態,本研究所提出的「脊型間隔佈局」能夠靈活的決定適當的間隔間物料搬運系統的數目,並且考量自動搬運車在系統中實際的搬運路徑,使此模型更能近似於實際的廠房運作;此外,針對「脊型間隔佈局」我們也延伸出另外一種與傳統間隔佈局較為相似的「單邊脊型間隔佈局」,使其在應用上更為靈活。
    在與過去文獻中的結果進行比較後,本研究所提出的模型不僅能夠得到更小的物料搬運成本,且在求解時間上也獲得相當大的改善;此外本研究也針對模型結構進行參數上的分析,以利決策者在使用此模型時能有更完整的認知,進而讓最後的廠房佈置更為完善。
