  • 台灣製鹼公司安順廠於1942~1982年間,以汞極法生產燒鹼,產生汞污泥,於1964~1982年間生產五氯酚鈉,產生戴奧辛,嚴重污染當地環境。實驗結果顯示,海水儲水池底泥戴奧辛含量超過管制值,五氯酚污泥棄置場、二等九號道路、及道路旁的植被區土壤中戴奧辛含量亦超過管制標準,尤其植被區土壤中戴奧辛污染甚為嚴重,最大檢側值將近國內管制值的1000倍。生物檢體部分,蓄水池、水道及鹿耳門溪中生物體含戴奧辛毒性當量各為歐盟最大限值管制標準之(3~33倍,8倍,1.1倍),其中土黃魚、牡蠣各為TDI之15倍、4倍,攝取安順水產類樣品,其致癌風險為2´10-4 ~6´10-3,證實戴奧辛暴露至蓄水池及水道,有擴散達鹿耳門溪及附近養殖業之風險。
    本論文嘗試國內第一次酪農區內戴奧辛類化合物之傳輸研究,於大氣-植被-動物涉入-肉及乳製品的傳輸途徑中,提供了乳牛生態環境中各項戴奧辛類化合物之背景值,實驗結果顯示生乳戴奧辛毒性當量0.372~1.072符合(歐盟鮮乳及乳製品:3 pg WHO-TEQ/g fat),其中台南生乳較高,其次花蓮,若併入多氯聯苯毒性當量的貢獻量來看,台南生乳仍較高(1.632),其次新竹(0.875)。考量國人攝取乳製食品量約佔飲食比例20%,本論文中生乳之多氯聯苯的毒性貢獻量是不能忽視的,高達有57.50%貢獻量。
