  • 隨著電腦科技進步,資料輸入的便利性在人類日常生活中操作電腦上日益重要,在1970年代開始發展的資料手套(Data glove)是一種基於簡單及直覺化的操作模式系統,而資料手套以往所採用的感測大多為基於直接接觸感測方式,造成資料手套的使用壽命短且不易製造,本論文以非接觸磁性元件的感測原理,進行資料手套之設計與分析,期能增加資料手套的使用壽命及姿態感測的精確性。
    本研究先由一根手指的模型開始模擬與分析,找出手指上適合擺放磁鐵與磁性感測器的位置,接著探討手指關節的彎曲程度與其上擺放的磁性感測器所感測到的相對應關係,最後結合每根手指的動作用以判斷整個手部的手部動作,做為訊號處理電路之設計基礎,再採用AT89C4051單晶片建立手部動作的資料庫,將其運用於一簡單數字手語之判讀操作驗證。


    With the advancement of computer technology, convenience in data entering has become important in our daily operation of computers. Developed in the early 1970s, data gloves are based upon simple and intuitive operational modes for operation. In the past years, data gloves are mostly developed from direct contact sensing methods which seem to be in short life and difficult in manufacture. In this thesis, an non-contact magnetic device based on non-contact principle has been employed for the design and analysis of data glove. The objective is to enhance the life cycle and sensing accuracy of the data glove.
    In the investigation, a one-finger model has been established for the simulation and analysis in order to assess the optimal location for setting the magnets and the magnetic sensors. And, correlations between the measured signals of magnetic sensors and degree of bending in the knuckles have been studied. Finally, signal sets have been associated with the movement of a whole hand for completing the basic design of signal processing circuits. Furthermore, experimental verifications have been conducted with the help of database established on a single-chip micro-process AT89C4051. Practical assessments of operations in data glove have been completed on recognition of a set of sign language of numbers.
