在全球化的背景下，勞動力的跨國流動性成為一個日益普遍的現象。這種跨國勞動力流動所帶來的影響不僅僅是經濟上的，還涉及到文化、社會以及教育等多個層面。特別是移工群體，作為經濟體系中不可或缺的一部分，其崛起不僅為經濟帶來了活力，同時也為多元文化和跨國經濟的發展帶來了新的機遇與挑戰。
然而，移工面臨的教育挑戰卻時常被社會忽視。這些挑戰包括語言障礙、文化適應困難、技能培訓需求等，形成了一個多面向且複雜的問題。為了更有效地解決這些問題，本研究旨在深入了解移工教育挑戰的成因，並提出相應的政策建議。本研究採用了綜合質性訪談和文獻回顧的方法。透過質性訪談，我們深入了解了移工群體面臨的各種教育挑戰，並對這些挑戰進行了系統性的分類。同時，通過文獻回顧，我們分析了相關理論和實踐，確定了當前的環境與制度限制，並提出了可能的對策。
基於研究結果，我們提出了一系列針對移工教育挑戰的對策和建議。首先，政府和相關機構應加強對移工的語言和文化教育，提供相應的培訓和支持，幫助他們更好地適應當地生活和工作環境。其次，應加強對移工的技能培訓，提高其就業競爭力和生活品質。此外，還應加強對移工的社會支持，建立健全的移工服務體系，解決他們在學習和生活中的實際問題。
總的來說，本研究的目的是為移工群體提供更具體的支持，同時豐富學術研究在這一領域的知識體系。通過深入分析移工教育挑戰的成因和可能的對策，我們有望為移工群體的教育和發展提供寶貴的參考和指導。

In the context of globalization, transnational movement of labor has become increasingly common. The impact of this cross-border labor movement extends beyond economic aspects, involving cultural, social, and educational dimensions as well. Particularly, the emergence of migrant worker communities, as an indispensable part of the economic system, has not only brought vitality to the economy but also presented new opportunities and challenges for multiculturalism and transnational economic development.
However, the educational challenges faced by migrant workers are often overlooked by society. These challenges include language barriers, difficulties in cultural adaptation, and the need for skills training, forming a multifaceted and complex issue. To more effectively address these problems, this study aims to gain in-depth understanding of the causes of educational challenges for migrant workers and propose corresponding policy recommendations.
This study adopts a comprehensive approach involving qualitative interviews and literature review. Through qualitative interviews, we gain insights into the various educational challenges faced by migrant worker communities and systematically classify these challenges. At the same time, through literature review, we analyze relevant theories and practices, identify current environmental and institutional constraints, and propose possible solutions.
Based on the research findings, we put forward a series of policy recommendations addressing the educational challenges of migrant workers. Firstly, governments and relevant institutions should enhance language and cultural education for migrant workers, providing corresponding training and support to help them better adapt to local life and work environments. Secondly, efforts should be made to strengthen skills training for migrant workers, enhancing their employability and quality of life. Additionally, social support for migrant workers should be enhanced, and a sound service system for migrant workers should be established to address their practical issues in learning and living.
In summary, the aim of this study is to provide more concrete support for migrant worker communities and enrich the academic research in this field. Through in-depth analysis of the causes of educational challenges for migrant workers and possible solutions, we hope to provide valuable references and guidance for the education and development of migrant worker communities.
