  • 本研究是以台達電子公司的通訊電源事業處為實際案例,希望以策略規劃的分析模式及步驟,從願景及目標的訂定,再以五力分析、SWOT分析等工具來針對自己本身和外部環境做一詳細研究和了解,最後再就分析的結果訂定因應未來發展之策略。當然我希望以此來協助台達電子通訊電源事業處在面對競爭日趨嚴峻的大環境下,對未來的發展訂定一明確的方向和目標。通訊電源產業相較於其它資訊相關產業,客戶的要求標準更為嚴苛,且客戶的習性及產業生態相較於資訊產業更來的保守。對於一個以亞洲為基礎之公司,想要跨越國界,把觸角伸入通訊的科技重鎮歐洲和美國,他們所引以為傲的領域,可想而知的是有多少的困難需要去面對及克服。
    本文中利用策略分析的架構及步驟,針對企業的內部環境和所接觸的外部環境做一分析,從確認企業的使命和目標開始,進而尋找企業的核心競爭力,搭配上組織架構的調整,以期藉此訂定我們通訊電源事業處出未來發展的策略。


    This paper describes a real case of strategic planning of Delta Electronics, Inc. Telecom Power business unit. I utilize strategic planning process to come out the business strategy of Telecom Power business unit. It does reflect to the industrial reality.
    The whole strategic planning process is started from establishment of mission and goal, then some analytical tools, like Five Force analysis、SWOT analysis are applied to the process to analyze external environment、internal environment、telecom power industry、competition status、core competence and weaknesses of Telecom Power business unit etc…
    Frankly speaking, in telecom industry for an oriental base enterprise, it’s not so easy to compete with the western companies to stand on an international arena. I do expect to rely on this time of the formation of a brand-new business strategy to support my Telecom Power business unit of Delta Electronics, Inc. to get tremendous sales growth in the next few coming years and to win final victory to be worldwide number one in year 2008.
