本研究旨在了解具重複夢境之親職化個體參與Hill夢工作的經驗。邀請六位具重複夢境的親職化個體參與單次Hill釋夢工作，結束一週後以質性方式進行深度訪談。並根據訪談所蒐集到的資料，依紮根方式進行資料的分析與統整。
本研究發現具重複夢境之親職化個體參與Hill夢工作的經驗內涵可分為「情緒的接觸、展露及療癒」、「個人經驗的連結與意義轉化」、「安心有序的探索架構及歷程」三大類，總計有十三項。第一個核心類別是情緒的接觸、展露及療癒，包括思考重複夢境引發負面情緒、探索重複夢境活化產生的感受及經驗、釋夢歷程舒緩及轉化負面情緒等三項。第二個核心類別是個人經驗的連結與意義轉化，包括親職化經驗的連結與了解、釋夢提供深入探索自我的空間、對夢境循環的理解引發正向力量、促發夢者持續反思與覺察、對重複夢境意義的催化、探索重複夢境獲得新意義、醞釀改變與實踐等七項。第三個核心類別是安心有序的探索架構及歷程，包括感覺釋夢者引領探索重複夢境、結構化夢工作的介入引發感受、自在且獨特的探索經驗等三項。且具重複夢境之親職化個體參與Hill夢工作的經驗歷程發展為非直線性的、而是動態循環性歷程。
在本研究中也呈現了具親職化經驗個體的重複夢境，亦探討Hill夢工作模式對親職化個體探索重複夢境上的影響。

The purpose of the present study was to examine the experience of parentified adult with recurrent dreams who participate Hill' s Dream Work. The current study invited six parentificational participants, who had recurrent dreams, to be involved in one single session with applying the Hill’s Dream Work, and deeply interviewed these six participants with qualitative methods one week later. The present study analyzed the qualitative data with applying grounded theory.
The result revealed in three dimensions, which were “the emotional contact, disclosure and recovery” and “the connection and transformation in individual’s experiences” and “the safe and ordinal exploring structure and process”, and 13 therapeutic effects totally.The first dimension was the emotional contact, disclosure and recovery which included three categories: (a) the native emotions priming through thinking of recurrent dreams; (b) the feelings and experiences through exploring the arousals of recurrent dreams; (c) to release and transform the native emotions through the process of interpreting dreams. The second dimension was the connection and transformation in individual’s experiences which included seven categories: (a) the connections and understandings of the parentificational experiences; (b) the dream interpretation providing the space of exploring oneself deeply; (c) the positive power derived from figuring out the meanings of the recurrent dreams; (d) to facilitate dreamers’ continually introspection and insight; (e) to facilitate the meanings of the recurrent dreams; (f) to get new meanings by exploring the recurrent dreams; (f) to develop the process of alteration and taking actions.The third dimension was the safe and ordinal exploring structure and process which included seven therapeutic effects: (a) to lead the exploration of recurrent dreams by the dream interpreters; (b) the feelings derived from the structuralized interventions of the dream work; (c) the comfortable and unique exploring experience. The result also revealed that the process in developing the experience of parentified adult with recurrent dreams who participate Hill's Dream Work was dynamic and cyclic. This study also presented six parentificational participants’ recurrent dreams. And discussion on the influence of Hill’s dream work module when parentified adult explore recurrent dreams.
