中文摘要
本研究針對樂樂國小打擊樂團組訓,包含建構歷程、過程中經歷的困境與解決策略,以及對學生於藝術領域課程學習的影響進行個案研究。研究採取訪談法,訪談主任、教師、學生及家長共9人,藉由文獻探討與文件分析法進行資料蒐集,並加以分析與討論。
本研究經過資料整理與分析後,歸納結論如下:
一、樂樂國小打擊樂團建構歷程分為「樂團草創期」、「樂團發展期」和「樂團穩定成長期」三個時期,指導老師的態度與信念會影響打擊樂團的組訓,透過全面性的規劃與安排、保持良好的溝通互動、培養團隊向心力,是樂團持續穩定發展的關鍵。
二、組訓歷程中面臨的困境有經費短絀、設備不足、學生音樂程度參差不齊、家長對樂團的認知及定位不同等。樂樂國小打擊樂團透過校長及主任的支持,逐年編列預算,開設個別課、訂定樂團制度及成立樂團的LINE群組來解決遭遇的危機,增強團隊認同感與向心力。
三、參與打擊樂團組訓,強化學生在藝術領域課程中的自信心,組訓時間愈長,學習專注度越高,對於舞台的掌握度相較於未參加組訓的學生來的自律且自如,團員的語文及寫作能力也因此提升。
本論文根據研究結論,提出相關建議,供教育主管機關、樂樂國小、未來欲組訓打擊樂團之指導老師、欲成立打擊樂團的國小與後續研究之參考。
Abstract
This study aims to understand the group training process of percussion ensemble in Le Le elementary school. The contents including the group construction process, solutions and strategies to deal with all obstacles that all members have been encountered as well as case study on influences towards students who learning in filed of art. The methodology applied in this research is interviewing. Nine individuals including director, teachers, students and their parents are interviewed. The data collection was carried out based on using document analysis method and then discussed and analyzed.
According to the results of data analysis, the conclusions are summarized as below:
1. The construction process of percussion ensemble in Le Le elementary school can be divided to three different periods including “pioneering”, “developing” and “steady growth”.The instructor’s attitude and faith will lead the training of the whole percussion ensemble. The key for the group to develop steadily is to maintain good communications and cultivate team spirit by comprehensive plan and arrangement.
2. The difficulties faced during the process of group training include lack of funds, insufficient equipments, uneven learning levels of students, and parents with different cognitions to the percussion ensemble. With the support from the principal and the director, Le Le elementary school percussion ensemble received budget planned year by year and then open for individual classes, formulates the group system, and even set up a LINE group for members to solve the crisis and enhance the team identity and cohesion.
3. Participate in the percussion ensemble training enable students to strengthen self-confidence in the art field courses. The longer the students have been trained, the higher they concentrated in learning. Those students participate in percussion ensemble training will have higher mastery to the stage and are more self-disciplined than the students who did not participate in the group training. The language and writing skills for the group members can also be enhanced.
Based on the conclusions from the research, this study provides forward relevant suggestions for the reference of education administrative authority, Le Le Elementary School, the preceptor that plan to construct a percussion ensemble in the future, elementary schools that plan to construct a percussion ensemble in the future and also for following research.
