一般風扇通常以機械接觸的方式給予轉軸足夠的支撐剛性,此種方法使用的軸承如滾珠軸承、含油軸承等,因為有接觸磨耗的存在,將限制風扇的性能和壽命。本論文使用磁力的作用施給足夠的機械剛性,以散熱風扇為載具,研究非接觸的半主動式磁浮軸承來改善接觸式軸承的缺點,並進行設計上的改良,期許達成整體系統美化、感測器成本降低的目標。
一般磁浮系統設計時,常忽略漏磁、鐵損磁損、邊緣磁場等實際效應,推導出理想的物理模型來進行控制器設計。為了使控制器達到良好的性能,本論文將以推導的模型為輔,進行系統鑑別實驗來獲得磁浮系統的真實動態,再以鑑別後的模型設計LQG\LTR線性控制器,透過Matlab\Simulink\DSP F2812即時控制達成磁浮軸承的實現。
