本研究之親子遊戲治療是以Axline兒童中心遊戲治療理論為基礎，以父母替代治療師的角色對子女做遊戲治療，透過這個親子互動的方式，讓親子都能有正向的改變。
本行動旨在探究身為母親的我與八歲的孩子（安安）進行親子遊戲治療，每週一次，一次三十分鐘，共進行十二週，在研究期間，安安在遊戲行為的改變，對日常行為問題的改善成效，以及我在這個行動實踐中的省思與成長，期望能提供給過動兒的家長及教師參考。
研究結果如下：
一、 安安在遊戲中的行為改變包括：安安的攻擊性減弱、耐心度的提升；安安展現靈活的思維、解決問題的能力、風趣與同理的口語表達；挫折容忍度增加，面對挑戰時能讓步有彈性。另外在親子遊戲治療期間，根據行為觀察紀錄顯示，日常生活中的安安在不自主的重複行為、不當口語反應、欠缺衝動控制等三大行為類別的發生次數都有持續減少的趨勢。
二、 在這個行動實踐中，我的收穫是：從想要矯治安安，到了解安安的核心問題，再到接納安安；在工作場域中更能同理家長的處境；覺察自己的改變與焦慮；親子關係更和諧。
　　最後根據研究結果，對未來研究及相關人士提出建議。

Based on child-centered play therapy theory, which was proposed by Axline, this study was conducted to investigate filial therapy, which involves parents playing the role of a therapist to administer play therapy to their children. Moreover, this type of parent–child interaction facilitates both patients and their parents to experience positive changes. I conducted this study , thirty minutes every times, once a week, totally twelve times, to investigate how the daily behaviors of my son (An-An), can be improved through filial therapy. Additionally, my personal reflections and growth might serve as a reference for parents and teachers caring for children with ADHD. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The behavioral improvement of my child included reduced aggression, increased patience, flexible thinking, improved problem-solving ability, and empathetic and humorous verbal communication. Additionally, An-An demonstrated improved tolerance of frustration and flexibility in conceding to difficult situations. During the treatment period, An-An also exhibited a trend of continual reduction in the frequency in uncontrollable repetitive behaviors, inappropriate verbal reactions, and impulse control deficits. The benefits I gained from this research are summarized as follows: a progressive change in my mental state from wanting to remediate An-An’s condition, to understanding the core problems associated with his condition, and to finally accepting his behavior. This experience has also assisted me professionally in empathizing with other parents in similar situations. In addition, it has not only improved the relationship I have with my son, but has also made me recognize my own developments and anxieties. The findings of this study may provide insights for subsequent studies and relevant personnel.
