摘要 過去國內的建設以及營造產業一直以來都被視為是火車頭工業的重要指標，
因此其發展順利與否也會帶動許多相關產業，故對於國內的經濟發展也扮演相當 重要之角色，有提振經濟成長之效。本研究選用建設產業二家公司為樣本，以財 務報表分析做出研究結論，研究方法以比率分析為主要分析工具。最終，透過實 際業界的案例找出建設產業營運成功的關鍵以及永續發展之期望。

Abstract
In the past, domestic construction and construction industry have always been regarded as important indicators of the locomotive industry. Therefore, its smooth development will also drive many related industries, so it plays a very important role in domestic economic development and boosts the economy. The effect of growth. This study selects two companies in the construction industry as samples, and makes research conclusions based on financial statement analysis. The research method uses ratio analysis as the main analysis tool.
