  • 本研究主要目的在探討「認知行為取向團體」對憂鬱青少年的輔導效果,採不等組前、後測及追蹤測驗,實驗組、控制組之準實驗設計,以新竹市一所高中為研究對象,依據青少年憂鬱量表篩選出受試者,分派至實驗、控制兩組。9位實驗組成員接受為期十週,每週一次,一次50分鐘,共10次的認知行為取向團體方案實驗處理,12位控制組成員待實驗組團體結束後八週,再接受認知行為取向團體。
    本研究的依變項為「青少年憂鬱量表」及「中學生生活適應量表」,所得的量化資料以無母數統計進行檢定。本研究並以實驗組填寫之「單次團體回饋表」、「團體總回饋表」作為了解輔導效果的質性輔助資料。
    本研究主要發現如下:
    一、 在立即輔導效果方面,認知行為取向團體對憂鬱青少年,在降低憂鬱程度上具有立即輔導效果,在生活適應程度的提升上則未具有立即成效。
    二、 在延宕輔導效果方面,認知行為取向團體對憂鬱青少年在降低憂鬱程度,以及提升生活適應程度上均未具有延宕輔導效果。
    三、 由團體回饋得知,團體成員對於參與團體的投入程度、學習認知行為改變素材的成效均給予正面回應,肯定本次團體經驗。
    最後,研究者依據研究結果提出討論,並對實務工作與未來研究提出建議。


    The purpose of this study was to examine the effectivenesss of the ‘Cognitive-Behavioral Approach Group Counseling’ for depressed adolescents in a senior high school. The study adopted unequivalent pre-post and 4-week follow up quasi-experiment design. Participants who scored high on the ‘Adolescent Depression Inventory’ were invited and randomly assigned to the experiment group (n=9) or control group (n=12).
    The experiment group undertook 10 week, once per week, 50 minutes for per session ‘Cognitive-Behavioral Approach Group Counseling’ intervention. The ‘Adolescent Depression Inventory’, ‘Life Adjustment Inventory’, the single session group reflection as well as the group feedback at the last session were used to examine the effectivenesss of the group intervenetion. The quantative data was analyzed by the Mann-Whitney U test.
    The results indicated that the ‘Cognitive-Behavioral Approach Group Counseling’ had significant and immediate effect on decreasing participants’ depressive symptoms, but it had no follow-up effect on decreasing their depressive symptoms. The ’Cognitive-Behavioral Approach Group Counseling‘ had no significant, immediate as well as follow-up effect on the participants’ degree of life adjustment.
    Based on the feedback by the members of experimental group, all the members were satisfied with the arrangement of the group activities and the group dynamics. Most of them could control their thinking contents and manage their emotions better after the group. They also expected that the duration of this group could last longer.
    The implications of the findings and further suggestions were also addressed.
