根據民國九十八年大法官釋字第六六六號解釋，可以知道台灣性產業合法化將成為必然趨勢。因此，預期未來政府應該如何管制性產業勢必會引起廣大的爭議。本文從性產業的服務性質中提出親密性的概念，論證在親密性的特徵下，性產業有能力可以自我治理，而且其自我治理效果遠遠勝過政府介入管制的效果。

According to Constitutional Interpretation (CI) 666 delivered by the Grand Justices in 2009, we know that the legalization of the sex industry in Taiwan will become the inevitable trend. Therefore, in our society, it seems that people will have a variety of opinions for how the government should improve the regulation of the sex industry. In this paper, we propose the concept of intimacy based on the nature of sexual service industry, and aims to prove that the sex industry has the ability to be self-governed. We found that the sex industry has the ability to be self-governed, and the effect of self-governance is much better than that of the government's regulation.
