本研究旨在探討教練工作動機、運動員參與動機與運動員效能之關係。研究對象是參加98學年度大專籃球運動聯賽之男子組甲二級之球隊運動員共435人及該隊總教練共36人。測量工具為工作偏好量表、運動動機量表與團隊效能量表。資料收集後,採描述性統計(descriptive analysis)與典型相關(canonical correlation)統計方式分析。研究結果如下:一、教練內在動機和外在動機與運動員內在動機、認同調節、內射調節、外在調節和無動機未達顯著相關。二、教練內在動機與教練滿意、團隊滿意和團隊表現呈負相關,與個人表現呈正相關;教練外在動機與教練滿意、團隊滿意和團隊表現呈負相關,與個人表現呈正相關。三、運動員內在動機與教練滿意、團隊滿意、團隊表現和個人表現呈正相關;運動員認同調節、內射調節、外在調節與教練滿意、團隊滿意、團隊表現和個人表現呈正相關;運動員無動機與教練滿意、團隊滿意、團隊表現和個人表現呈負相關。
The main purpose of this study was to examine on relationship between coaches’ work motivation, athletes’ participation motivation and athletes’ efficacy. There are 435 athletes and 36 coaches. The Work Preference Inventory, Sport Motivation Scale and Team Efficacy Scale were used in this study. Those data out of questionnaire was analyzed by descriptive analysis and canonical correlation. The result of study was found: (1) there was no significantly correlation with coaches’ intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and athletes’ intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, introjected regulation, external regulation and amotivation. (2) there was a significantly positive correlation with coaches’ intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and satisfied with the coach、satisfied with the team and the performance of the team, a significantly negative correlation with the performance of the individual.(3) there was a significantly positive correlation with athletes’ intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, introjected regulation, external regulation and satisfied with the coach, satisfied with the team, the performance of the team and individual. There was a significantly negative correlation with athletes’ amotivation and satisfied with the coach, satisfied with the team, the performance of the team and individual.
