    The potential of the life insurance industry in Vietnam is very huge in term of the uninsured market and the application of technology into insurance’s business. Although insurtech is the hot trend all over the world as well as in Asia, Vietnam is still in its early phase of adopting insurtech into the life insurance industry. The purpose of this study is to find out the current pictures of insurtech adoption in life insurance of Vietnam and to see how life insurers embrace the trend. The case of Prudential Vietnam – one of the biggest life insurers in Vietnam - will be thoroughly analyzed to understand how the company is responding and provide some recommendation for the future development of Insurtech in Vietnam.
