本文研究係以有限元素法來分析針對含有表面缺陷之等向性彈塑性材料厚板,此厚板在無窮遠處受均勻等雙軸拉伸應力。本文討論在材料局部進入塑性行為時,其表面缺陷的形狀、大小的不同對於缺陷底部之等效應力及等效應變分佈的影響。在彈性範圍內,本文所獲得的應力集中因子與理論值相當符合。當材料局部達到降伏後,後著負載增加應力集中因子會隨之遞減,而應變集中因子會隨之遞增。本文亦探討應變硬化率及蒲松比的影響,並且得到以下結論:當應變硬化率值越大時,其應力及應變集中因子會越接近在彈性行為下之值;至於蒲松比,在進入塑性行為後對於應力集中因子較無影響。
