  • 桃園市工商業發展蓬勃、人口稠密及都市化程度高,因公共污水下水道接管率低,導致大量生活廢水、部分事業廢水未經妥善處理而排放至河川造成水環境污染(桃園市水務局,2020、桃園市政府環境保護局,2021)。
    本研究運用風險感知與環境知識結合Ajzen(1991)計畫行為理論模型建立結構方程模式,解析桃園市中壢區新街溪流域內鄰里居民對於河川水污染環境問題之風險感知、調適行為之相關性,蒐集彙整新街溪環境現況資料與國內外文獻設計問卷,透過便利抽樣法與滾雪球方式進行網路問卷發放與回收。運用SmartPLS最小平方法與拔靴法進行結構方程式路徑分析與驗證,了解桃園市中壢區新街溪周邊鄰里居民對於河川污染風險感知程度以及採取調適行為之互動關聯性。
    研究問卷回收410份,扣除無效問卷28份,得到有效問卷382份,有效問卷回收率為 93.17%。研究實證結果顯示中壢區新街溪流域居民:1.「態度」顯著影響「行為意向」2.「主觀規範」顯著影響「行為意向」、3.「知覺行為控制」顯著影響「行為意向」、4.「風險感知」顯著影響「態度」、5.「風險感知顯著影響知覺行為控制」、6.「河川環境知識」顯著影響「風險感知」、7.「河川環境知識」顯著影響「態度」、8.「河川環境知識」顯著影響「知覺行為控制」、9.「行為意向」顯著影響「調適行為」。本研究建立研究假設路徑與各構面題型經多次統計分析與揀選後實證分析皆為顯著影響,顯示填答者對於中壢區新街溪河川污染有顯著風險感知且進而影響其個人調適行為。


    This research was conducted to determine the risk perceptions and environmental knowledge of the residents in the watershed of Xinjie Creek in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City.

    The research used risk perception and environmental knowledge to establish a structural equation model by combining Ajzen's (1991) project behavior theory model to analyze the correlation between risk perception and adaptation behaviors of neighborhood residents in the watershed of Xinjie River in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, and to collect data on the current environmental conditions of Xinjie River and design questionnaires from domestic and foreign literature. The questionnaires were distributed and collected through a convenient sampling and snowballing method. The structural equations were analyzed and validated using the SmartPLS least square method and the boot pulling method to understand the degree of perceived risk of river pollution and the interactive correlation of adaptation behaviors among the residents in the surrounding neighborhoods of Xinjie Creek in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City.

    The study collected 410 questionnaires, and after deducting 28 invalid questionnaires, 382 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the valid questionnaire collection rate was 93.17%. The empirical results of the study showed that the residents of Xinjie Creek watershed in Zhongli District: 1. "Attitude" significantly influenced "behavioral intention", 2. "Knowledge of riverine environment" significantly affected "attitude", 8. "Knowledge of riverine environment" significantly affected "perceptual behavioral control", and 9. "Behavioral intention" significantly affected "adaptive behavior". The hypothetical pathway and the questions of each component of the study were statistically analyzed and selected for empirical analysis, which showed that the respondents had significant risk perceptions of river pollution in Xinjie Creek, Zhongli District, and further influenced their personal adaptive behavior.
