本篇研究目的為分析清華大學與新竹教育大學在2016年合校前與2017年合校後，清大生與竹教大生對於合校滿意度是否有顯著變化。本篇文章蒐集2016年合校前清大生與竹教大生大學部畢業問卷及2017年合校後清大生與南大校區生大學部畢業問卷資料。以問卷中的五大面向滿意度，包含校系滿意度、設施滿意度、學習狀況、學習成果、合校議題，選定14組依變數分析合校前後清大生與竹教大生的滿意度差異。從實證結果發現，清大生與竹教大生分別在合校後滿意度上有明顯的變化，整體而言，清大生明顯變得較不滿意，而竹教大生明顯變得較為滿意。其中，合校議題方面，南大校區生的滿意度似乎都顯著高於清大生。最後，值得提醒的是本研究結果僅考慮短期效果，中、長期效果仍待累積更多資料來驗證。

This paper attempts to analyze whether National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) students and National Hsinchu University of Education (NHUE) students have significant changes in the satisfaction after merging in 2017. This study uses the graduation questionnaires of the NTHU students and NHUE students before merging in 2016 and also the graduation questionnaires of the NTHU students and Nanda students after merging in 2017. According to the five major satisfactions in the questionnaire, including overall satisfaction, facility satisfaction, learning attitude, learning outcomes, and merged issues, 14 dependent variables are selected to analyze the satisfaction differences of NTHU students and NHUE students before and after merging. Our empirical results show that there are significant changes in the satisfaction of NTHU students and NHUE students before and after merging. In general, NTHU students significantly become less satisfied and NHUE students significantly become more satisfied. Furthermore, in terms of the merged issues, the average satisfaction of the Nanda students is higher than NTHU students. Finally, it is worth to remind that this empirical results only show the short-run effects. It still need more time and data to verify the long-run effects.
