本研究主要探討國軍軍職人員外島服役之挑戰，軍人將人生青春精華獻給了國家，臺灣職業軍人家庭，目前面對的各項挑戰與過程，軍職工作薪水穩定福利待遇也有保障，但在社會上常被漠視，社會中較為低階，在各項議題中常常被漠視，從家人的相處到，家人的滿足與小孩的互動關係，生活型態的改變，也因應軍人在軍隊是壓力大、危險性高的工作，軍職工作也會與家庭產生隔閡不適應甚至吵架，婚姻在軍職家庭佔了十分重要的地位，問題處理得好，相信軍職生活幸福愉快，鞏固和提高軍隊的戰鬥力、核心力，若是婚姻不好影響士氣及精神戰力，還需派遣心輔人員協助掌握該員心緒狀況.從此研究可以暸解目前現役軍人家庭狀況。

This study mainly discusses the challenges of the military service of the national army's military personnel. The military dedicated the essence of life to the country the Taiwanese professional military family, the challenges and processes currently faced, and the stable salary and welfare benefits of military jobs are also guaranteed, but it is often ignored in society, and it is relatively low-level in society. It is often ignored in various issues. From family members to family members, family members' satisfaction and children's interactions, lifestyle changes, and military response in the military. Large and dangerous work, military work will also be incompatible with the family and even quarrel. Marriage plays a very important role in the military family. The problem is handled well. I believe that the military life is happy and happy, and the army is consolidated and improved. The fighting strength and core strength, if the marriage is not good enough to affect morale and mental strength, it is necessary to send a mental assistant to help grasp the mental state of the member. From this study, we can understand the current situation of active military families.
