  • 團隊合作為近數十年來企業的發展趨勢。不可避免地,團隊合作由於不同的原因帶來了團隊衝突。本研究主要探討團隊性別角色不對稱性與團隊衝突(任務衝突、關係衝突)之間的因果關係。研究對象為台灣傳統製造業、銀行業與科技業團隊,回收之有效樣本數共50組,包含一位主管以及三位員工。透過相關分析及回歸分析探討變數間之關係。
    經實證研究分析,本研究發現團隊男性性別角色不對稱性顯著影響團隊任務衝突。本研究強調了不同團隊(女性/男性)性別角色不對稱性對團隊衝突的影響也提供團隊領導者藉此提升團隊效率的建議。


    The last few decades have seen a growing trend towards teamwork in companies. Team conflict is inevitably faced due to different reasons. The purpose of this study yield insights into the causal relationship between sex role group asymmetry and team conflict (task conflict, relationship conflict). Data for this study were collected from 50 Taiwanese groups which include one supervisor and three employees. Hypotheses were tested with regression analysis. Results of this study revealed that masculine group asymmetry does have impact on task conflict. Findings have important implications for team may be influenced by group sex role asymmetry. This research highlights the importance of how different group sex role asymmetry impact team conflict and provide an avenue for team leaders can take to improve team effectiveness.
