本研究旨在探討國小學童父母親職效能感、婚姻品質及教養行為之間的相關情形。對象為目前就讀國小的學童父母，研究範圍以臺灣、北、中、南、東部四個地區為主，有效樣本共866人。研究工具包括：基本資料調查、親職效能感量表、婚姻品質量表及教養行為量表，透過隨機抽樣問卷調查的方式，並採用描述統計、ｔ檢定、變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸等方法進行統計分析。
　　研究結果發現：1.現代國小學童父母的親職效能感得分為中上程度，親職效能感會因其親職別、初婚年齡、教育程度等背景變項的不同而有差異情形。2.現代國小學童父母的婚姻品質得分為中上程度，婚姻品質會因其親職別、教育程度、已婚年數等背景變項的不同而有差異情形。3.現代國小學童父母對於教養子女時，皆會展現「接納與鼓勵」、「規範與服從」、「尊重與陪伴」以及「控制與處罰」這四種教養行為，教養行為會因其初婚年齡、已婚年數等背景變項的不同而有差異情形。4.親職效能感與教養行為間具有正相關聯。5.親職效能感與婚姻品質間具有正相關聯。6. 婚姻品質與教養行為間具有正相關聯。7.「親職效能感」、「婚姻品質」及「教育程度」能有效預測教養行為。
　　本研究建議，親職效能感及婚姻品質是驅動父母正向及適當教養行為的重要條件，相關實務工作者除了致力提昇父母的親職效能感以及家庭婚姻品質外，也需注意其它相關影響因素。

Abstract　　

The purposes of this study wete to investigate the relationship between Parenting Self-Efficacy, Marital Quality and Rearing Behavior. Researcher used random sampling and chose Taiwan elementary school student's parents as 866 valid questionnaires. The instruments used within this experiment are the following: Basic information survey, Parenting Self-Efficacy Inventory, Marital Quality Inventory and Rearing Behavior Inventory. To analyze the data, the researcher used Dscriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment Correlation and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis. The research showed the following results: First, parenting self-efficacy and marital quality are positively correlated. Second, parenting self-efficacy and rearing behavior are positively correlated. Third, marital quality and rearing behavior are positively correlated. The last, parenting self-efficacy, marital quality and parents education can effectively predict rearing behavior. Finally, based on the study results, the researcher proposed to offer some related suggestions and discussions process such as how to enhance parenting self-efficacy, marital quality and appropriate rearing behavior.
