本文之研究目的在於探討IC封裝測試產業的測試流程中,檢視其測試設備與國內設備製造商共同開發的可行性。藉著系統工程管理的績效評估方式和技術策略的觀點,進一步探索其績效意涵。本研究以Blanchard 與 Fabrycky系統工程時間維之七階段(1)定義問題(2)系統規劃(3)系統研究(4)系統設計(5)生產製造(6)系統評估(7)系統使用與後勤支援,和Mosard的邏輯維七步驟的系統工程程序(1)定義問題(2)設定目標與發展評估指標(3)發展可行方案(4)建構可行性的模式(5)方案評估(6)選擇最佳方案(7)規劃改善行動,來評骨新設備開發績效。系統工程開發之可靠度評估,以DFX(Design for Reliability)的方法,對於設備開發的決策和設備研發的可靠度加以分析,在分析的過程中能予以確認,同時藉著技術策略觀點予以確認。本研究的結果顯示,對於成品系統測試的傳統手測方式,藉著上述方法,能成功地轉換成為自動化測試,獲得顯著的成效。在有形效益方面;降低生產成本從每顆新台幣5元降低至新台幣2.5元、降低測試板損壞率90%、提昇5%第一次測試良率、具備SPC功能針對第一次良率管制等,在無形效益方面;領先全球封測廠具備自動化測試、提昇競爭力和客戶滿意度。
The research purpose of this text lies in probing into IC encapsulation to testing in the test procedure of the industry, inspect it and test equipment and feasibility which domestic equipment manufacturers develop together. Assess the views of the way and technological tactics making use of the performance of systematic engineering management, explore its performance meaning further. This research links seventh of stage with Blanchard and Fabryckys system engineering time (1) define the question (2 ) and plan (3 ) to investigate (4) to design (5 ) and manufacture (6 ) and assess (7 ) the systematic use and logistics support , link the system engineering procedures of seven steps with the logic of Mosard (1)Define the question (2)Establish goal and assess by development index (3 ) not to develop feasible track case (4 ) is it construct way (5 ) of feasibility scheme is it choose best scheme (7 ) plan to be improving to take action to assess to build, to comment the new equipment of bone and develop the performance. Develop its reliability to assess in system engineering, with the method of DFX (Design for Reliability), the reliability that the decision and equipment developed to the equipment research and develop is analyzed, can confirm during the process of analysis, is making use of the technological tactics view to confirm at the same time. The result of this research shows, examine the way to traditional hands of system testing of the finished product, make use of above-mentioned methods, can succeed in changing into automation and testing, obtain the apparent effect. In tangible benefit; Reduce the production cost to reduce from each of new Taiwan dollar of 5 to new Taiwan dollar of 2.5, reduce and test 90% of spoilage of the board, promote 5% and test lead well, possess SPC function to control etc. to the first good rating for the first time, in invisible benefit; Lead the whole world and seal and examine the factory to possess automation and test, promote competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
