  • 摘要
    神經肌肉訓練 (Neuromuscular training, NT) 是一種促進肌肉協調與增進運動表現的訓練方法,可改善運動員的神經肌肉控制,進而增進運動表現,本研究目的在探討6週NT對女性籃球愛好者下肢運動與肌力表現的影響。24位女性籃球愛好者,以自願參與方式,分為NT組與控制組,兩組皆進行每週3次,每次90分鐘之籃球專項訓練,而NT組需額外進行連續6週,每週3次,每次50分鐘,結合增強式和核心訓練之NT。下肢運動表現以20公尺衝刺 (20-S)、T型敏捷測試 (T-A) 的時間與下蹲跳 (CMJ) 高度 (Ht) 與發力率 (RFD) 作為評估,下肢肌力表現是使用Biodex S4 Pro多關節等速肌力測定儀,進行慣用腳120°/s、240°/s、360°/s速度下的膝關節伸展/屈曲 (E/ F) 交替的等速向心收縮作為評估指標。所得結果以單因子共變數分析 (ANCOVA) 比較兩組間訓練前後各變項與變化量之差異,統計顯著水準皆定為α = .05。結果顯示6週NT在20-S與T-A的時間 (F = 13.02, 18.70, p<.05)、CMJ的Ht與RFD (F = 9.61, 5.34, p<.05)、慣用腳等速肌力的膝關節120 °/s E、240 °/s E/ F、360 °/s F (F = 6.10, 5.13, 5.80, 5.64, p<.05) 達顯著變化。本研究結論為6週額外增加之神經肌肉訓練可有效改善女性籃球愛好者下肢運動與肌力表現。


    Abstract
    Neuromuscular training (NT) is a kind of exercise drill to improve the coordination and performance in sports. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of 6-weeks NT on lower-extremity sport and strength performance in female basketball Amateurs. 24 female basketball amateurs were assigned into NT or control groups by volunteer. All the players were underwent regular basketball practice, 90 minutes, 3 times per week for 6 weeks, but the NT group underwent extra NT which was combined with plyometric and core training, 50 minutes, 3 times per week for 6 weeks during this period. The lower-extremity sport performance was evaluated by the time of 20 meters sprint (20-S), T agility test (T-A), the height (Ht) of counter movement jump (CMJ) and the rate of force development (RFD). The dominant leg knee extension/ flexion (E/ F) isokinetic strength was evaluated by the Biodex S4 at 120 °/s、240 °/s、360 °/s test in isokinetic concentric mode. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to compare the different change between groups before and after training for each parameter, the statistic significance was set at α = .05. The results showed that 6 weeks NT can significant reduced the time needed in 20-S and T-A (F = 13.02, 18.70, p<.05), improved the jump Ht and RFD in CMJ (F = 9.61, 5.34, p<.05), increased the dominant leg knee 120 °/s E、240 °/s E/ F、360 °/s F (F = 6.10, 5.13, 5.80, 5.64, p<.05) isokinetic strength. It is conclude that 6-weeks NT can improve the lower-extremity sport and strength performance in female basketball Amateurs.
