  • 為滿足企業對物流中心日已漸增之作業效率要求,物流中心管理人員須致力於物流中心作業現場之績效管理活動,以提升企業對物流中心服務之滿意度。然而,傳統物流中心作業現場績效管理活動之決策分析乃極度仰賴物流中心管理人員之主觀意識與經驗,而此情況將造成物流中心管理人員無法透過績效管理活動而有效地提升物流中心作業效率。是故,為協助物流中心管理人員可系統化地進行作業現場績效管理活動之決策分析,本研究乃提出一套包含「現場作業資料維護流程再造」、「員工工作績效推估與績效趨勢解析方法論」與「智慧型工作績效管理系統建置」三大研究主題之「物流中心作業現場績效管理活動改善模式」。其中,員工工作績效推估與績效趨勢解析方法論乃包含「員工工作績效推估」、「員工工作績效趨勢解析」與「改善活動成效分析」三大模式,其主要目標在於利用物流中心之現場作業資料評估員工之工作表現、解析員工工作績效之趨勢與分析物流活動整體績效之變化幅度,以推估員工之工作績效與其所對應之績效積分、及判斷員工工作績效趨勢之種類與改善活動效果之類型。之後,本研究亦根據所提之方法論開發一套可於網際網路環境下運作之智慧型工作績效管理平台,以將所得之分析結果以表格或圖形之方式呈現予物流中心主管,進而協助其決定員工績效獎金之分配比率、判斷員工是否應該給予獎勵或教育訓練、以及判斷是否應該繼續執行改善活動。此外,為探討本研究所提之方法論是否可被有效地應用於物流中心作業現場之績效管理活動,本研究乃以全國最大圖書物流中心--農學圖書物流中心為例進行方法論與系統之案例驗證,以確認此方法論與系統於實務應用之可行性。由驗證結果之分析可知,此員工工作績效推估模式之評比結果乃可被多數之物流中心主管所接受(約有91%%之可接受率),且其與多位物流中心主管之評比結果具高度之相似性(約70%之相似率),而員工工作績效趨勢解析模式乃可有效地協助物流中心主管取得符合統計觀點之工作績效趨勢(約有62%之改善率),以及改善活動成效分析模式乃可準確地預先判斷改善活動所對應之長期改善效果類型(約有86%之準確率)。
    整體而言,本研究期望藉由所提之方法論協助物流中心主管得以系統化地推估員工工作績效、解析員工工作績效趨勢與判斷改善活動效果,進而可有效地進行物流中心作業現場之績效管理。
