本研究的主題是針對一般空調系統所用之蒸汽壓縮式冷凍循環系統的基本組件中,壓縮機、冷凝器、蒸發器與溫度式膨脹閥之系統模擬。
模擬分析首先建立溫度式膨脹閥之控制功能數學模式以確定閥設計、閥開度、閥設定、閥流量與過熱度間之關係,再以不同容量設定之蒸發器、壓縮機進行系統匹配,並以不同之過熱度的範圍(即膨脹閥全開和全關的極限)及過大過小之膨脹閥容量,利用數值分析的方法來求取過大或過小的膨脹閥在系統中會造成之狀態變化,並求得在系統平衡時各個參數間之關係。
冷媒(R-22)流經溫度式膨脹閥的理論模式之推導,冷媒流經溫度式膨脹閥時其流量、閥開度與過熱度的關係是根據各控制元件在靜態力平衡之假設條件下而得,其結果符合閥實際表現特性。
其次運用質量流率平衡定律,利用冷媒在蒸發器內熱交換所產生的過熱度來計算出冷媒在蒸發器內完全蒸發的位置,由此以確定發生潛熱熱傳與顯熱熱傳之面積比例大小及蒸發器冷卻能力之變化。
