隨著微利時代的來臨,快速反應市場已成為企業提升競爭力不可或缺之條件,透過「協同(collaboration)」之概念,可提升買賣雙方之效率進而改善供應鏈上所面臨之問題。而協同規劃、預測與補貨(Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment,CPFR)之出現,強調供應鏈上買賣雙方透過協同合作流程的概念,藉由成員之間的資訊分享,促進供應鏈管理上有關預測與補貨流程之處理績效。
有鑑於國內CPFR導入案例的缺乏以及美國自發性產業間商務標準協會(Voluntary Inter-industry Commerce Standards,簡稱VICS)所提供之CPFR Roadmap當中之導入步驟內容不夠充分,本研究透過導入案例之分析以得出系統化之CPFR導入方法論。綜合相關文獻探討與個案研究,本研究提出在導入過程中依序可分為六大階段,分別是:分析導入動機(Analysis)—「找出現行問題之原因是否可透過CPFR模式來解決」、現行流程對應(Buildup) —「針對現行流程取得共識,且根據問題點設計未來流程」、探討成功關鍵(CSF) —「找出未來流程之成功關鍵因素」、定義主要指標(Definition) —「訂出主要績效指標作為衡量未來流程成功之依據」、系統導入執行(Execution) —「在確定未來流程後,藉由資訊技術輔助提昇CPFR執行效率」、以及檢討未來流程(Feedback) —「檢討實際績效指標之結果,做為未來流程設計之修正依據」。最後藉由一實際案例情境,比較本方法論與VICS CPFR Roadmap應用於個案導入之結果,進行差異分析與可行性探討,以作為本方法論之驗證。
本研究試圖從一台灣木工機械業之情境描述,說明如何運用本方法論進行CPFR導入,並藉由方法論與VICS CPFR Roadmap之比較,點出本方法論之特色,期能給予學術界在探討CPFR導入之相關議題,或是產業界有CPFR導入之需求者做為參考。
