本研究主要是想利用薁類的雙極特性,合成分子間具有偶極-偶極吸引力的羧酸薁類化合物,以作為吸附在銀表面的有機自組裝單層薄膜的材料。
首先,利用碳數3-22的醛類和1,4-氧氮陸圜先形成烯胺類,再與3-甲氧羰基-2H-環庚[b]呋喃-2-酮進行[8+2]環加成反應,生成一系列不同碳數的3-烷基-1-甲氧羰基薁類化合物,再經水解,合成最終的產物3-烷基-1-羧酸薁等一系列的薁類化合物。在本研究中,共合成出11個新的3-烷基-1-甲氧羰基薁類化合物,以及17個3-烷基-1-羧酸薁類化合物。
最後,擬以合成出的3-烷基-1-羧酸薁化合物為原料,吸附在銀表面形成自組裝單層薄膜,再利用反射式紅外線光譜分析薄膜結構,作為未來判斷薄膜的排列情形。
According to the influence of dipolar property of azulenes, we try to synthesize 3-alkylazulene-1-carboxylic acids for the material of self-assembled monolayer on the silver surface.
The reaction of 3-methoxycarbonyl-2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-2-one with aldehyde and morpholine have accomplished a series of different 3-alkylazulene-1-carboxylates, followed by hydrolysis. In this study, we are successful in synthesizing 11 new 3-alkylazulene-1-carboxylates and 17 3-Alkylazulene-1- carboxylic acids.
