自從民間發展出多種的數位貨幣（加密貨幣），例如比特幣與乙太幣等等的加密貨幣，這些民間數位貨幣的蓬勃發展，使得世界上許多國家的央行已經開始注意到其對國家貨幣主權可能產生的不利影響，進而認真思考發行屬於央行數位貨幣（CBDC）的可能。
在央行數位貨幣的推動上，許多開發中國家多以促進普惠金融為其主要目標，然而有些經濟大國則除了促進普惠金融外，亦圖藉其提升本國貨幣的國際影響力。在各國所推動研發的央行數位貨幣中，中國人民銀行所推動的數字貨幣電子支付（DC/EP）或稱數字人民幣（E-CNY）推動的較為積極。
中國對央行數位貨幣的推動在各大經濟體中最為積極且進展迅速，而其積極推動央行數位貨幣的原因，除了前述促進普惠金融與提升主權貨幣國際影響力外，另一重要因素為有效整合中國境內的民間支付系統，所以，推動數字人民幣成為整合人民幣在支付系統中所不可或缺的工具。
在本論文中，我們將深入探討各國數位貨幣發展的現況與趨勢、其發行之目的、以及對金融體系與整體經濟的可能影響。最後，我們亦將提出對我國發行CBDC之建議。

Since the development of a variety of digital currencies（cryptocurrencies）, such as Bitcoin and Ether and so on, the vigorous development of these private digital currencies has made the central banks of many countries in the world have begun to pay attention to the possible adverse effects on national monetary sovereignty, and then seriously consider the possibility of issuing digital currencies belonging to the central bank（CBDC）.
In the promotion of central bank digital currencies, many developing countries mostly promote financial inclusion as their main goal, but some economic powers not only promote inclusive finance, but also seek to enhance the international influence of their currencies. Among the central bank digital currencies promoted by various countries, the digital currency electronic payment（DC/EP）, or digital yuan（E-CNY） promoted by the Chinese Bank, is more active.
China's promotion of central bank digital currency is the most active and rapid progress among major economies, and the reason for its active promotion of central bank digital currency, in addition to the above-mentioned promotion of inclusive finance and the enhancement of the international influence of sovereign currencies, another important factor is the effective integration of China's private payment system, so promoting the digital yuan to become an indispensable tool for integrating the renminbi in the payment system.
In this paper, we will delve into the current situation and trend of digital currency development in various countries, the purpose of their issuance, and the possible impact on the financial system and the overall economy. Finally, we will also make recommendations for the issuance of CBDCs in our country.
