針對高可靠度產品,如何建構一適當的衰變模型 (degradation model) 及精準地估計其壽命資訊,為近年來工業界十分重視之研究課題。本文首先介紹五種非線性衰變模型來描述產品壽命型態,並且分析在大樣本時,模型誤判 (model misspecification) 對產品的平均失效時間 (Mean-Time-To-Failure, MTTF) 所造成的差異,並且探討模型誤判之相關敏感度分析。文中以發光二極體 (Light Emitting Diode, LED) 資料模擬為例,探討模型的適用性、穩健性以及敏感性。
