本研究旨在編修適合高中職輔導教師使用之諮商倫理辨識量表和諮商倫理判斷傾向量表,同時探討高中職輔導教師諮商倫理之辨識能力和判斷傾向與其諮商自我效能之關係。本研究以205位高中職輔導教師在「諮商倫理辨識量表」、「諮商倫理判斷傾向量表」、「諮商自我效能量表」上所得資料為樣本,以描述統計、項目分析、肯得爾和諧係數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法進行統計分析。本研究主要發現有:(一)本研究編修之諮商倫理辨識量表難度符合標準,具鑑別度;諮商倫理判斷傾向量表具受試者反應一致性,但跨情境一致性較低。(二)高中職輔導教師的諮商倫理辨識能力在「性別」、「學歷」、「諮商倫理背景」以及「學校性質」等背景向度水準上顯示顯著差異性。(三)高中職輔導教師在諮商倫理判斷傾向上偏向「內在取向」的趨勢明顯,且無背景向度水準上的差異。(四)高中職輔導教師的諮商自我效能在「年齡」、「年資」、「職務」、「學歷」等背景向度水準上顯示顯著差異性。(五)高中職輔導教師的諮商倫理辨識能力、倫理判斷傾向與諮商自我效能三者之間無明顯相關。
The purpose of this study were to revise “The Ethic Discrimination Scale” and “The Tendency of Ethical Decision Making Scale” for the use of senior high and vocational school counselors, and to explore the relationship among counselors’ ethical discrimination ability and tendency of ethical decisions and counseling self-efficacy. A total of 205 senior high and vocational school counselors responded to “The Ethic Discrimination Scale,” “The Tendency of Ethical Decision Making Scale,” and “The Counseling Self-Efficacy Scale.” The main findings are as follows: First, the revision of “The Ethic Discrimination Scale” showed moderate difficulty and good discrimination. The instrument of “The Tendency of Ethical Decision Making Scale” showed high respondent consistency over surveyed counselors, but had slightly difference over situations. Second, significant differences were found on the ability of ethical discrimination in terms of gender, educational background, training in ethics of counseling, and working settings. Third, the ethical decisions of most senior high and vocational school counselors tended to "Internal Orientation," and no significant background difference on the tendency of ethical decisions for the counselors. Forth, significant differences were also found on the counseling self-efficacy in terms of age, seniority, posts and educational background. Fifth, no significant correlation was disclosed among the ability of ethical discrimination, the tendency of ethical decisions, and the counseling self-efficacy.
