把一群來自不同領域的專家聚集起來就能稱得上是成立了一支優秀的專家團隊嗎?在管理實務中,跨領域專家的組建經常是在危急或特殊情況下成立,且目標為解決棘手任務,因此如何組建團隊並且共同合作,讓各自專業都能發揮不會互相阻礙,產生一加一大於二的綜效是領導者關注的議題。
本研究為研究者基於對生活中某一現象產生好奇而展開,為了解跨領域專家團隊的組建與組建後的團隊運作,研究者以個案研究法探討2017年臺北世界大學運動會品牌諮詢小組此一專家團隊,透過深度訪談、焦點團體訪談與半結構式訪談,針對此一品牌諮詢小組成員進行一手資料的蒐集與了解,並藉由文獻回顧整理出分析架構,以此架構解析此個案之專家團隊如何進行團隊組建與運作的過程。研究發現,把跨領域專家變團隊需要靜態的關鍵因素與動態的發展過程,這兩部份的相輔相成。靜態關鍵因素包含各組員擁有一致的信念、領導者禮賢下士的誠意與協調者的居中斡旋,使團隊能順利組建。並且在團隊組建成功之後,透過團隊共識的凝聚,產出團隊共同目標,以及往後行銷成果還有外部互動對象給予的回饋,使得團隊成員更加積極投入,呈現最佳團隊成果。
Is that true that if we put a group of experts together, then we can say that this is an excellent expert team? In practical management area, expert teams always built in an emergency and special situation, and their mission is always tough enough for them. So, the issue of how to build an expert team and every expert in the team can show their specialty without obstructing others, and co-work together to bring the united forces is all the leaders care about.
This research was developed from the researcher’s curiosity about a phenomenon in the daily life. To figure out how the expert team is built and how they work after the team taking shape, the researcher use the case study to explore the brand consulting team of 2017 Taipei 29th Summer Universiade, and apply the method of In-depth Interview, Focus Group Methodology, and Semi-structured Interviews to collect the first-hand data to understand how the all stories happened. Also, we arrange an analysis structure from the process of literature review and use this structure to resolve how this case built an excellent expert team successfully and accomplish this kind of tough mission amazingly.
We found that we can divide the process of how to build an expert team into two steps: the static process and the dynamic process. The factors of static process include all the team members have a consistent belief, the leader put respect to all the team members, and the coordinators show their function extremely. And after the team built up, team should agglomerate the team consensus, output the team target, and also get the feedback from marketing results and externally interacting people. So that the team members could be more active and show the greatest achievement in the end.
