本研究旨在探討安置機構內幼兒之依附關係類型、形成歷程，以及影響依附關係形成的因素，以瞭解安置機構幼兒在依附關係表現上的現況與影響因素，提出具體建議，以供安置機構服務人員、安置機構和相關教育增能訓練課程單位之參考。
本研究採個案研究法，藉由訪談、觀察與文件等資料的蒐集，同時透過幼兒行為依附量表的結果進行分析與歸納。研究結果如下：
一、安置機構內幼兒之依附關係現況
（一）安置機構團體型態的管理方式，難以兼顧個別化需求，保育員藉由生活上的相處提供幼兒正向的情感連結
（二）安置機構之幼兒在經過適應階段後能形成安全依附型，但個別特質仍受到早期負面經驗的影響，以不同方式展現依附行為
二、安置機構內幼兒依附關係的形成歷程
（一）安置機構保育員依據不同依附行為的幼兒適當調整照顧模式，並能自我審視教養方式及尋求支持
（二）安置機構之幼兒依附關係建立在情感的歸屬、關係上的聯結及團體中的認同感
三、安置機構內幼兒依附關係形成的影響因素
（一）安置機構的幼兒在建立新的關係時，生心理因素上會受到早期的家庭事件影響，而同儕的離別也會影響幼兒對機構的歸屬感
（二）機構照顧者雙向的溝通有助於幼兒獲得一致性的照顧，但機構中容易有外力介入，影響依附關係的建立
（三）機構中適當的同儕壓力、與照顧者的良好互動，對幼兒產生正面的影響，提供妥善的環境及適時調整教養方式，可協助幼兒成為安全依附的個體

This study explores the types and formation process of children's dependency relationships in child placement agency, as well as the factors that affect the formation of dependency relationships. To understand the current status and influencing factors of the children’s dependency relationship in the child placement agency, and put forward specific suggestions for staff and placement agencies and related education enhancement training course units for reference.
This is a case study in which information is collected through interviews, observations, and documents. Through the analysis and induction of the results of the children's behavior dependence scale. The results of the study are as follows:

1. The current status of the dependency relationship of children in the placement agency
(1) The group-type management method of the placement agency is difficult to take into account individual needs, childcare workers provide positive emotional connections for children by getting along with each other in life.
(2) Children in placement agency can form safe attachments after the adaptation stage, but individual traits are still affected by early negative experiences and show attachment behaviors in different ways.
2. The formation process of children's dependency relationship in placement agency
(1) The childcare staff of the placement agency can appropriately adjust the care mode according to the children with different dependent behaviors, and can self-examine the parenting methods and seek support.
(2) The dependency relationship of young children in the placement agency is based on emotional belonging, relationship connection, and group identity.
3. Factors influencing the formation of children's dependency relationship in placement agency
(1) When children in placement agency establish new relationships, their physiology and psychology will be affected by early family events, and the separation of their peers will also be affected.
(2) The two-way communication between institutional caregivers helps young children to obtain consistent care, but external forces are likely to intervene in the agency, which affects the establishment of a dependency relationship.
(3) Appropriate peer pressure in the agency and good interaction with caregivers have a positive impact on young children. Providing a proper environment and timely adjustment of parenting methods can help young children become safe dependent individuals.
