  • 本研究旨在編製工作價值觀量表,並探討依附關係、工作價值觀與生涯自我效能之關係,以全國北、中、南、東地區共計831位高中職學生(男486位,女345位)作為研究對象。採用「關係結構問卷」、「工作價值觀量表」與「生涯自我效能量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查,並以項目分析、因素分析、相依樣本t考驗、相依樣本變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗、F考驗分析、皮爾遜積差相關與階層回歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究主要發現:
    一、自編工作價值觀量表全量表包含「自我價值與實現」、「社會人際互動」及「外在環境」,合計77題。量表信度考驗:總量表α值.963,各層面α值介於.723至.961間,具有可接受之信度。另以主成份分析及因素分析進行因素結構考驗,具不錯之建構效度。
    二、不同性別在依附關係和工作價值觀上皆有顯著的差異。
    三、不同性別和父親社經地位在生涯自我效能上皆有顯著差異。
    四、高中職學生於依附關係與工作價值觀之間有具有顯著的負相關,其中「對朋友之依附逃避」和「社會人際互動」具有中度的負相關。
    五、高中職學生於依附關係與生涯自我效能之間具有顯著的負相關,其中「對母親之依附逃避」和「解決問題」具有中度的負相關。
    六、高中職學生於工作價值觀與生涯自我效能之間皆具有顯著的正相關,其中「社會人際互動」和「解決問題」具有中度的正相關。
    七、依附關係、工作價值觀對生涯自我效能的解釋變異達16%,「工作價值觀」在「依附關係」與「生涯自我效能」間之關係中具有部份中介效果。


    This thesis aims to develop the scale of work values and to investigate the relationship among attachment ralationship, work values, and career self-efficacy for senior high school students. The participants consist of 831 senior high school students (486 males, 498 females) in Taiwan. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed through item analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, dependent samples t-test, dependent samples one-way AMOVA, t-test, F test, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Conclusions of this thesis are stated as below:
    1.The final version of the Work Values Scale consists of three constructs, which are self-worth realization, social interpersonal interaction and external environment. 77 questions items are included in the three constructs.
    2.The impacts of gender on attachment relationship and work values are significant respectively.
    3.The impacts of gender and father’s socio-economic status on career self-efficacy are significant respectively.
    4.The attachment relationship and work values for senior high school students are significantly and negatively correlated. In addition, the avoidant attachment to friends and social interpersonal interaction for senior high school students are moderately and negatively correlated.
    5.The attachment relationship and career self-efficacy for senior high school students are significantly and positively correlated. In addition, the avoidant attachment to mother and problem solving for high school students are moderately and positively correlated.
    6.The work values and career self-efficacy for senior high school students are significantly and positively correlated. In addition, the social interpersonal interaction and problem solving for senior high school students are moderately and positively correlated.
    7.The explained variations for attachment and work values on career self-efficacy reached up to 16%. And then the attachment relationship and career self-efficacy are partially mediated by work values.
